Autumn colours

This is my 3rd Easter in New Zealand {eeeeek!} but it is still disorientating as it "feels" like spring- lots of warm sunshine but a bit of a chill in the evening air. Well, actually it often feels a lot warmer than an English spring- it was sea-swimming weather in Auckland yesterday! One thing I miss though is the glorious reds and oranges and golds as the leaves 'turn', but luckily I spent last week on the South Island- Queenstown and the fjords- and the trees were glorious. The sunshine was dazzling {to the point of despair when taking photos!}, but there were still wonderful autumnal colours everywhere.
